Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate and timely financial statements
- Perform audit evaluations
- Complete bank reconciliation and account schedules
- Execute accounts payables and receivables in a timely manner
- Train and develop employees
- Establish effective communication lines with other departments and branches
- Partner with departments on cost containment and Group initiatives
- Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must have a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
- Must have Intermediate level of proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past 3 years
- No drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record (DUI/DWI) within the past 3 years
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
Additional Qualities Considered
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- CMA, CPA preferred (commitment to continuing your current education and/or certification)
- Must be willing to consider relocation outside local area/state within a 1-3 year period to accept potential promotional
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Solid communication and leadership skills
- Strong work ethic, a "whatever it takes" attitude and a desire to have fun
- Possess the ability to be deadline driven and work well within a team environment
