Location: Euclid, OH

Pay

Salary Range: $75,000–$85,000 plus bonus.

The Staff Accountant will support the company's accounting and financial operations through general ledger management, financial reporting, reconciliations, and month‑end close activities. This role partners with leadership and cross‑functional teams to provide accurate financial information and support business objectives. Responsibilities

• Assist with month‑end close activities, journal entries, and general ledger maintenance.
• Prepare account reconciliations, analyze balance‑sheet accounts, and investigate variances.
• Support financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
• Assist with audits and maintain compliance with internal controls and accounting policies.
• Support inventory, fixed asset, and manufacturing‑related accounting activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (preferred).
• 4+ years of accounting experience (preferred).
• Manufacturing or cost accounting experience is a plus.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.

Skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with accounting systems (preferred).
