Accountant
Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily cash reconciliations
- Complete monthly balance sheet reconciliations
- Prepare month-end journal entries and supporting documentation
- Aid in monthly financial statements in accordance with USALI guidelines
- Support annual budgeting and audit processes
- Prepare personal property renditions and FF&E draw requests
- Partner with hotel management and internal teams on accounting-related projects
- Identify and recommend process improvements and efficiencies
- Maintain consistent, professional communication with stakeholders
- Support additional accounting projects as needed
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred (or in progress)
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general accounting systems is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

About the Role
This is a Permanent position based out of Fargo, ND.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $50000.00 - $55000.00/yr. 401k, health, vision, dental, PTO, Summer BBQs, Quarterly outings
