Account Transitions Analyst

The Global Portfolio Administration department provides operational support to the firms Institutional, Private Client, and Retail business channels through account transitions. The Account Transitions team ensures and maintains the accuracy of client portfolios throughout the account transition lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Own all operational aspects relating to account transitions: account openings, in-kind asset transfers, custodian changes, and account closures.
• Communicate transition-related issues and impacting events to various internal departments and external clients, with urgency and clarity.
• Confirm and process time-sensitive events including asset transfers and market openings.
• Participate in firm initiatives, working groups, and audit best practice discussions.
• Assess and translate subjective client needs into standardized operational workflows, adapting processes as required for each client.
• Manage multiple priorities and stakeholders, balancing speed and accuracy in time-sensitive transitions.
