Account Technology Manager (ATM) – Hardware Assisted Verification - Santa Clara CA or Austin TX

Position Overview

The ATM drives the relative priorities of all hardware assisted verification opportunities in the territory and provides a clear direction for resource allocation to the field management and business unit. You will foster relationships with customers to better understand their challenges and propose Siemens solutions where appropriate. Develop the customer-facing product introduction strategy, in partnership with field technical management. Define, lead and manage the account campaigns. Create and deliver presentations at local industry events (US West) to represent Siemens EDA's product portfolio to the public. Serve as the key field resource in your area to summarize competitive offerings and trends.

Responsibilities

Job Qualifications

• Four year Electrical Engineering degree or equivalent
• Strong working knowledge of contemporary digital design verification practices employing hardware acceleration
• Commonly, 5 to 8 years of related and relevant experience in various aspects of hardware-assisted verification; either emulation or FPGA prototyping
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills
• Customer-facing experience is a significant plus.
• Working knowledge of financial metrics and the vocabulary used in business
• Organizational knowledge including formal and informal structures
• Product, market, and industry knowledge in emulation and verification technology
• Solid history of using your wits and experience to originate and drive creative solutions
• Professional presence at the Director and C-level
• Ability to influence and manage indirectly
