Account Support Specialist

About the role

This is a 100% remote role open to candidates in the United States. The role focuses on professional remote customer communication, accurate case documentation, timely issue resolution, and appropriate escalation.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer or client questions through approved remote communication channels.
• Document interactions accurately and track requests through resolution or appropriate escalation.
• Provide clear information about services, processes, account status, or next steps.
• Coordinate with internal teams when a request requires additional review or specialized support.
• Maintain professional service standards while protecting confidential customer information.

Required Qualifications

• Strong written communication and dependable professional follow-through.
• Comfort working independently in a remote environment with clear deadlines and documented procedures.
• Ability to use common business tools such as email, spreadsheets, shared documents, and web-based systems.
• Careful attention to accuracy, confidentiality, record quality, and task completion.
• Ability to learn role-specific systems and communicate questions or exceptions promptly.

Skills

Strong candidates will be comfortable using skills such as Status Reporting, Digital Accessibility Coordination, Sales Support, Content Operations, Service Documentation, and Documentation. The selected candidate should apply these skills directly to the responsibilities of the role while maintaining accurate records and professional communication.

Pay

Base compensation: $50,000-$76,000 per year, depending on experience and demonstrated role alignment.

Full Time, 100% remote within the United States. Experience level: Associate.
