Account Support Rep

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Cook up and confirm pick-up and delivery appointments with carriers, warehouses, and customers
• Proactively ship movement tracking and status updates to internal teams and customers
• Maintain accurate and current shipment and account data within the TMS
• Retrieve, organize, and submit necessary shipping documents (BOLs, PODs, rate confirmations, invoices, etc.)
• Aid Account Managers with back-end account support, reporting, and operational follow-up
• Monitor shipments for potential issues and escalate exceptions to the Account Manager as needed
• Support overall account accuracy, compliance, and service-level expectations
