Responsibilities
Help develop and execute digital and social media programs, translating audience insights into strategies that support client objectives and strengthen brand reputation.
Support social media strategies across platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook and X. Ensure brand voice remains consistent across content, community management and audience interactions.
Review, develop and manage digital content across paid and organic channels, partnering with creative and account teams to deliver engaging and effective communications.
Analyze social media performance and reporting data, helping identify trends, optimize content and provide recommendations that improve program effectiveness.
Serve as a trusted day-to-day client contact, helping manage project execution, providing recommendations and supporting development of digital communications programs.
Support and mentor junior team members while partnering across disciplines and ensuring strong collaboration, high-quality work and successful program delivery.
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in digital marketing, social media, digital communications or related fields within an agency or other fast-paced environment.
Experience developing and executing paid and organic social media programs.
Experience translating business and communications objectives into effective audience engagement and content strategies.
A strong understanding of audience engagement, content strategy and digital communications best practices.
Strong writing and editing skills, with experience creating compelling content across digital channels.
Experience managing client relationships and contributing to strategic planning and program development.
Strong presentation and communication skills with experience presenting to clients and internal stakeholders.
Strong project management skills with experience managing multiple workstreams and deadlines.
Experience analyzing digital performance metrics and applying insights to optimize future content and campaigns.
Understanding of social listening, community management and audience engagement strategies.
Experience mentoring junior team members and contributing to a collaborative team environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting healthcare, pharmaceutical, wellness or other highly regulated industries.
Familiarity with social media regulations and best practices within the healthcare space.
Knowledge of emerging digital trends, online communities and audience behaviors within the healthcare space.
Experience working across integrated communications, marketing and public relations programs.
Familiarity with social media analytics, reporting and content management tools.
Pay
$80,000 - $100,000 USD/yr.
