About the role
We’re looking for an Account Supervisor to co-lead the day-to-day stewardship of a major regulated brand in a dynamic, ever-evolving category and integrated agency environment. This is a strategic, creatively ambitious leadership role at the intersection of client partnership, cross-functional collaboration, and best-in-class execution.
You’ll join one of the most historic agency/client relationships in the industry—70+ years of partnership and one of the core accounts Leo Burnett himself won and worked on. The team is known for developing top-tier talent while fostering a fun, high-energy culture with plenty of opportunities for involvement in team events.
Responsibilities
- Take on a multifaceted role within the business leadership team.
- Shape traditional campaign and promotion-centric big-brand advertising.
- Thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy agency environment, mastering day-to-day operations and business leadership.
- Contribute to the team’s reputation for developing top talent and building foundational skills.
- Manage integrated campaigns, including brand, promotional, and omni-channel initiatives.
- Oversee creative and content production across owned, paid, in-store, POS, and other channels.
- Write or contribute to creative briefs, guide creative development, and evaluate work.
- Lead day-to-day communication with mid- to senior-level clients independently.
- Collaborate across departments and with partner agencies.
- Understand production processes (digital, motion, print) and shepherd work from briefing to delivery.
- Assess business health and call out risks related to timelines, scope, budget, or resource needs.
- Use common agency tools for workflow, asset management, project tracking, and reporting (e.g., Workfront, SharePoint).
Requirements
- 6+ years of agency experience, with a self-starter mindset and strong critical thinking skills.
- Experience managing scope, budgets, and high-volume accounts in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive, solutions-oriented approach with the ability to anticipate client needs.
- Strong, clear communication skills—able to translate complex information for clients and internal teams.
- Comfort leading meetings, presenting work, and managing client relationships with polish and diplomacy.
- Highly collaborative, building trust across creative, strategy, production, project management, and media partners.
- Adaptable under pressure, able to pivot quickly in a dynamic environment.
- Positive culture-builder who motivates junior talent and fosters a supportive environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple workstreams.
- CPG and/or regulated category experience is a plus.
- Proficiency with Workfront or other PM software (e.g., Jira).

- AI proficiency.

- Management experience, including developing junior talent (Intern to AE).
- Paid media experience, including creative development, production, and talent management.

Pay
USD $75,050.00 – USD $107,835.00/year. Compensation will be determined based on skills, qualifications, and experience, consistent with applicable law.
