Account Supervisor, Healthcare Communications
Position Summary
Responsibilities
- Developing first drafts of PR plans and program materials with guidance from Green Room partners and PR Managers, including key messages, fact sheets, Q&As, bios and press releases
- Providing on-site support to clients when needed and interacting with the client frequently
- Delivering an excellent level of client service by articulating client needs to senior managers, updating on project status and priorities and ensuring seamless workflow and communication among all team members
- Implementing plans, providing thoughtful analysis, creating and delivering updates and progress reports, as well as providing support as needed around the development of PR plans outlining objectives, strategies and tactics
Credentials and Experience
- 5-6+ years of agency experience a must; training in communications, media or PR necessary
- Experience in healthcare and FDA regulatory communications is crucial
- Experience with external meetings and events representing the agency and client (medical conferences, third party events, etc.)
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations or Journalism

Position Pay Range
$90,000 - $115,000 USD
