Ruder Finn is seeking a strong internal communications professional to join rf.engage as Account Supervisor. rf.engage is our growing global center of excellence for internal communications, employee engagement and change. This is an opportunity for a strong internal communications practitioner to help organizations navigate transformation, strengthen the employee experience and turn complex business priorities into communications employees can understand, connect with and act on. You'll help manage day-to-day client relationships, lead projects and workstreams, contribute strategic and creative thinking, and develop work spanning employee listening, change communications, executive and manager communications, engagement campaigns, channel strategy and impact measurement. The right candidate combines strong judgment, exceptional writing, strong client-service instincts and the ability to manage multiple workstreams while guiding junior team members. You will also help us advance new approaches to internal communications, including audience personalization, AI-enabled research and insights, and content designed to reach employees across roles, regions and working environments.
