About the role
The Account Specialist will join the Remote Activations Team and play a key part in onboarding single store locations, conducting onboarding, training, and managing accounts within their first 30 days post-activation. The goal is to promote maximum usage of the product while supporting company growth (activations).
Responsibilities
- Manage onboarding and activation for single store locations
- Review account performance and revenue data; develop and implement strategies to increase usage and ROI
- Execute day-to-day responsibilities associated with Remote Activation Accounts
- Maintain weekly and monthly activation and usage targets as designated by the leadership team
- Identify gaps within processes and resolve them efficiently and in a timely manner
- Ensure compliance with company standards and procedures
- Take on variable, rotating duties as assigned
Requirements
- Excellent verbal & written communication and facilitation skills
- Experience in leading and training accounts
- Strong interpersonal skills and a proven ability to work collaboratively with others
- Self-motivated, intelligent, go-getter, ambitious individual who is hungry for success
- Highly efficient and organized
- Proven experience in putting together business plans and data analysis
- Proficient in Google Suite and Salesforce
- Sales experience a plus

Pay
We are targeting an hourly rate of $28 to $30 for this role. This role also qualifies for a quarterly bonus. This role will also be granted company equity via stock options.
Schedule
Hybrid in our Westwood Office: 4 days on-site; 1 day remote
