We need to output HTML fragment with sections: headings

for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections with real content. Remove boilerplate. We need to parse the posting. Location: remote-based role requiring flexibility and travel within region. That's location info; could be part of a short paragraph. "The Opportunity Praxis Precision Medicines is entering a pivotal moment..." That's about the role/company. Then "What You’ll Do" list: bullet points. Then "How You Work": bullet points? Actually it's a list of statements. Then "What You Bring": bullet points of qualifications. Then "The physical and mental requirements...": maybe part of requirements. Then "To round out our world-class total rewards package, we provide annualized base salary in the range listed below." Then "Annualized Base Salary: $160,000 USD - $192,000 USD". Then "Compensation & Benefits" paragraph describing benefits. Then "Company Overview": description. Then "Diversity, Equity & Inclusion": statement. Then "Attention: Job Scam Alert": boilerplate to remove. We need to include sections: About the role (maybe combine The Opportunity and Company Overview?), Responsibilities (What You’ll Do), Requirements/Qualifications (What You Bring plus physical requirements), Skills (maybe How You Work?), Benefits (Compensation & Benefits), Pay (Annualized Base Salary), Schedule (maybe not present; no schedule info). So we should not include Schedule if no content. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID. We need to preserve all substantive info, not invent. We need to use

for section headings. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use

for prose. We need to decide which sections to include. Potential sections: - About the role (or About the company): combine The Opportunity paragraph and Company Overview? Could be two sections: About the role and Company Overview. But we should avoid thin sections. Maybe combine into one About the role/company. - Responsibilities: What You’ll Do list. - Requirements / Qualifications: What You Bring list plus physical/mental requirements. - Skills: How You Work list (these are behavioral competencies). Could be Skills. - Benefits: Compensation & Benefits paragraph. - Pay: Annualized Base Salary. We should not include Schedule. We need to ensure we don't include filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We need to remove boilerplate: location line? It's substantive: remote-based role requiring flexibility and travel within region. Keep as a short p maybe under About the role. We need to remove EEO, Diversity statement? The Diversity, Equity & Inclusion is substantive? It's a statement about DEI; could be included maybe as a section? But guidelines: remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate. Diversity statement might be considered EEO? It's about DEI; could be considered EEO boilerplate. Safer to remove it. The instruction says remove EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate. So we should remove the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion paragraph. Also remove Company Overview? That's not boilerplate; it's substantive about company. Keep. We need to keep the "Attention: Job Scam Alert" remove. Now craft HTML. Structure:

    About the role

Location: This is a remote-based role that requires flexibility and willingness to travel within a specified region and for company-related purposes as needed.

The Opportunity Praxis Precision Medicines is entering a pivotal moment as we prepare for commercialization, and how we build and scale capability across the organization will directly impact our success. We are seeking driven and customer-focused Account Specialists to execute in the field and drive commercial performance across a defined territory. These individuals will be responsible for engaging healthcare providers, building strong customer relationships, and delivering on commercial objectives.

Company Overview Praxis Precision Medicines is a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company translating genetic insights into the development of therapies for central nervous system disorders characterized by neuronal imbalance. At Praxis we share a common vision of reshaping the human condition into a more freeing and fulfilled existence by developing high impact medicines for patients and families affected by and living with complex brain disorders. Our core Values of Trust, Ownership, Curiosity and Results are foundational to every aspect of our business and are exemplified by each and every one of our team members.

But we might split About the role and Company Overview separate headings? The instruction: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It suggests those are examples; we can use those headings. So we should use those exact headings when we have content. So we need sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay. Possibly also "Company Overview" not in list; but we could put company overview under About the role. That's fine. Thus:

    About the role

    Then Responsibilities:

    Responsibilities

    • Execute territory business plans to achieve and exceed sales goals.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers and key stakeholders.
    • Drive product adoption through effective customer engagement and education.
    • Navigate complex patient pathways and support access to therapy.
    • Partner with Market Access, Strategic Accounts, Patient Services, and Medical teams to optimize customer and patient outcomes.
    • Support launch execution, including pre-launch planning and post-launch adoption strategies.
    • Leverage insights from the field to inform strategy and improve execution.
    • Maintain a high level of product, disease state, and market knowledge.
    • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company policies.
Then Requirements (maybe combine Requirements and Qualifications? The list includes both. Could have Requirements heading with list of qualifications and physical requirements.) We need to decide: The instruction includes both Requirements and Qualifications as possible headings. We could split: Requirements (maybe the physical/mental requirements) and Qualifications (the experience list). But we have limited content; better to combine into one section maybe "Requirements". But we need to follow instruction: use headings only when posting has real specific content for it. We have content for both Requirements and Qualifications; we could make two sections: Requirements (physical/mental) and Qualifications (experience). That would be more specific. Thus:

    Requirements

The physical and mental requirements of our roles include but are not limited to regular use of a computer, devices or other office equipment, clear communication, and occasional movement. You'll need comfort with screen work, basic hand coordination, and focus. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform these functions.

    Qualifications

    • 5+ years of direct sales experience in CNS or specialty pharmaceuticals.
    • Deep understanding of complex patient pathways and specialist prescriber dynamics.
    • Participation in a recent product launch highly preferred, including familiarity with pre-launch planning and early market execution.
    • Experience with formulary access strategies and early market penetration tactics.
    • Experience selling into hospital systems, IDNs, and institutional accounts is a strong plus.
    • Understanding of specialty pharmacy and hub services models.
    • Demonstrated track record of strong, consistent performance against quota and territory goals.
    • Evidence of execution against target metrics with year-over-year improvement.
Then Skills: How You Work list.

    Skills

    • You think in terms of systems, not silos.
    • You balance rigor with speed, knowing when each matters most.
    • You hold a high bar for performance, quality, and accountability.
    • You collaborate deeply but act with ownership and urgency.
    • You are passionate about building strong customer relationships and driving impact for patients.
    Then Benefits:

    Benefits

At Praxis, we believe that taking care of our people (and their people) is important, so we provide a world class benefits package to help you thrive. This includes 99% of the premium paid for medical, dental and vision plans. We also provide company-paid life insurance, AD&D, disability benefits, and voluntary plans to personalize your coverage. Thinking about the future? We match dollar-for-dollar up to 6% on eligible 401(k) contributions and sweeten the deal with long-term stock incentives and ESPP. We provide a discretionary quarterly bonus, an extremely flexible wellness benefit, generous PTO, paid holidays and company-wide shutdowns. Not to mention, you'll also be joining a phenomenal crew of colleagues who are smart, engaged and inspiring. We aim high, collaborate hard, and produce results. Let’s achieve the impossible together!

    Then Pay:

    Pay

Annualized Base Salary: $160,000 USD - $192,000 USD

We should not include Schedule. Check we didn't repeat job title. Good. We removed boilerplate: location line kept as part of About the role. We kept company overview. We removed Diversity, Equity & Inclusion and Scam Alert. Check for any leftover boilerplate: The "To round out our world-class total rewards package..." we kept as part of Benefits? Actually we placed that sentence in Benefits? We placed it in Benefits? Actually we placed it in Benefits? We placed the sentence "To round out our world-class total rewards package, we provide annualized base salary in the range listed below." That's about pay; we could incorporate that into Pay section. But we already have Pay section with salary range. The sentence about total rewards package could be moved to Benefits or Pay. Since it's about total rewards package, maybe include in Benefits. But we already have Benefits paragraph describing benefits; we could add that sentence there. However we already used Benefits paragraph from "Compensation & Benefits". That paragraph starts "At Praxis, we believe that taking care of our people..." It does not include the sentence about total rewards package. The sentence "To round out our world-class total rewards package, we provide annualized base salary in the range listed below." is separate before the salary range. We could incorporate that into Pay section as intro. Let's do:

    Pay

To round out our world-class total rewards package, we provide annualized base salary in the range listed below.

Annualized Base Salary: $160,000 USD - $192,000 USD

That preserves the sentence. Now check for any other boilerplate: The "This range reflects the base salary the Company reasonably expects to pay for the
