About the role
Become a key player in our Commercial Order Management team. You'll provide exceptional service to internal and external customers, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities
- Point of contact for assigned commercial business accounts in managing all aspects of the order process.
- Gather and analyze data to process orders and update existing orders promptly.
- Manage high-volume communication with customers and other departments.
- Ensure orders are accurate and communicate product or procedure changes.
- Present order information and reports to internal and external departments.
- Liaise between Customer, Sales, Supply Chain, and Plants to address customer/product issues.
- Follow up on customer satisfaction through calls and emails.
- Provide alternate product options and communicate scheduled ship date changes.
- Maintain customer contact information and handle returned material requests.
- Assist with special projects and perform overtime as needed.
- Participate in alternative workplace and laptop programs for business continuity.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS)
- Minimum of 3 years related Customer Service experience
- Inbound/Outbound phone experience
- Order Entry experience

- Base salary and/or rate of pay range: $52,000 - $71,500
