Account Specialist - $23/hr + Monthly Incentive

Responsibilities
- Make and receive customer calls to address overdue accounts and discuss repayment options.
- Provide exceptional service while encouraging customers to make payments on their past due accounts.
- Accurately record customer interactions, including communication logs, payments, repayment plan enrollments, and other important information.

- Demonstrate empathy while being assertive to achieve the required outcome.
- Meet and exceed quality goals, compliance regulations, and productivity targets individually and in a team environment.
- Show strong interpersonal, communication, and listening skills.
- Build meaningful relationships with customers by offering repayment programs and gathering information about their financial situations.
- Display excellent negotiating, probing, influencing, and resourcefulness skills.
Pay and Benefits
This role offers a base pay of $20 per hour, plus monthly incentives ranging from $1250 to $2500 based on performance. Compensation details are subject to change.

The first 90 days of employment require working in the office with a schedule of 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. Shifts are based on performance rankings and can be selected through a bid process every 6 months. Available shifts are: 8am-5pm, 10am-7pm, and 12pm-9pm (employees working the evening shift receive a 15% shift differential).
Must be flexible to work some Saturdays.
Education & Experience: Experience in customer service and/or collections-related roles. A high school diploma or equivalent, with some college coursework in business-related fields preferred.
