Responsibilities
- Process account servicing requests, including but not limited to title processes, vehicle protection product (VPP) cancellations, total loss claims, and/or lease buyout transactions, in accordance with established SLAs.
- Respond to emails and resolve escalated account issues within designated timeframes, using a customer-centric approach to ensure a positive experience.
- Ensure productivity, quality, and compliance standards are consistently met.
- Prepare, send, and archive documentation in alignment with HCA policies and procedures.
- Make required outbound calls to customers, dealers, or third-party contacts to support account servicing activities.
