Account Service Representative/Event Ops
About the role
This Account Service Representative serves as the primary point of contact between customers and sales representatives, communicating via phone, email, and order portals to address product availability, shipping, price, and delivery questions. The role supports marketing and sales efforts by maintaining and monitoring a portfolio of sales reps and customer accounts to ensure quality, on-time delivery, and sell-through of custom products. Additionally, the representative will attend off-site professional golf or tennis tournaments and other trade show events to support brand presence through merchandising, inventory oversight, setup, sales, and customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Accurately and efficiently input data from customer orders, POs, calls, order portals, and emails.
- Communicate efficiently with customers and sales reps to answer questions and troubleshoot issues.
- Maximize customer satisfaction through creative and proactive problem-solving, and consistent follow-through on requests.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with customers, reps, and team members.
- Monitor and maintain accuracy in customer records and orders.
- Enter orders, create forms, and manage electronic data.
- Maintain customer accounts to ensure timely order delivery and sell-through of custom products.
- Provide feedback to management on improving customer service, sales, and efficiency.
- Assist with running reports, customer account data research, and analysis.
- Support onsite merchandise operations, including inventory handling, sales support, event setup/breakdown, and product replenishments.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate product counts during and post-event.
- Provide excellent customer service to event attendees and venue partners.
- Collaborate with the onsite team to support daily operational needs and assign responsibilities to staff or volunteers.
- Assist with merchandising and maintaining product displays to enhance brand presence and sell-through.
- Work with sales management to ensure strategic product placement and remerchandise the floor based on inventory levels.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- 2–3 years of customer service experience preferred.
- General computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to professionally interact with existing and potential customers.
- Ability to multi-task under pressure in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- Strong initiative, energy, and drive.
- Strong strategic and analytical skills.
- Ability to complete projects under tight deadlines.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Physical Demands
- Use hands and fingers to handle, touch, and type.
- Ability to sit for extended periods of time.
- Regularly required to stand and work while standing.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds; occasionally up to 40 pounds.
- Exposure to moderate noise levels.
- Close vision required.
- Closed-toe footwear required when entering the Production Floor (as needed).
Schedule
Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, in-person at the office. Ability to travel as needed, approximately 2–4 times per year, including some weekends and occasionally for week-long durations. Travel may include trade shows, sales meetings, and other work events, with responsibilities for setup and breakdown of event displays.
Location
