Account Service Representative

Responsibilities

• Assist with curing delinquent First Hawaiian Bank loans by contacting customers via phone or written correspondence.
• Recognize accounts and/or relationships that pose a credit risk and make recommendations or take prudent actions to reduce the Bank’s exposure.
• Provide excellent service to delinquent customers.
• Work in concert with Relationship Officers to best service delinquent loans.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• An associate’s degree in a business-related field is preferred.
• Must be proficient in MS Windows (MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook).
• Must be articulate, self-motivated, and able to interact with a diverse group of individuals.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, problem-solving, and negotiating skills are required.
• Must possess excellent telephone etiquette skills.
• Good time management skills.
• Able to plan and organize.
• Able to work under pressure with multiple deadlines.
• Able to handle confidential matters judiciously.
• Able to work beyond scheduled shifts as needed.

Pay

The salary range for the role is $16.15 - $22.50/hr; commensurate with experience.

Schedule

Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm (hours may vary)
