Responsibilities
- Answer incoming client calls and assist with service requests
- Maintain and update client and policy information within the agency management system
- Verify policy and account information for accuracy
- Process policy changes, endorsements, and other maintenance requests
- Assist with billing functions and coordinate with the accounting team as needed
- Process incoming and outgoing mail
- Scan, upload, and organize documents in agency systems
- Maintain accurate activity notes and suspense logs
- Utilize agency management and integrated software systems effectively
- Create, update, and maintain Excel spreadsheets and reports
- Support Account Managers and other team members with administrative and operational tasks
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to obtain a Property & Casualty Insurance License within 90 days of employment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
- Team-oriented mindset with a focus on collaboration and continuous improvement
- Problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn new systems and processes
