Account Sales Representative
Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Account Sales Representative to join our Mills Parts Center Team! This position is responsible for handling inbound and online parts orders, building relationships with customers, and delivering exceptional service to body shops, repair shops, dealers, glass, and jobbers in the upper Midwest. Requirements
- Previous experience in automotive parts, sales, or customer service preferred
- Strong communication skills (phone and written)
- Basic knowledge of automotive systems and parts (or willingness to learn)
- Experience with parts lookup systems (e.g., OEM catalogs) is a plus
- Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organization skills
- Familiarity with platforms like CDK or similar systems
Pay
This position is paid on a commission/incentive-based Pay Plan. The compensation is comprised of a Base Draw AND additional incentives for key metrics of overall team sales, individual sales, Guest Service scores, and volume of calls taken. $48-$100k+/year (commission based). There is no limit or cap on the incentive amounts!

The schedule is flexible and can be adjusted to fit the needs of the candidate.
