Responsibilities

  • Developing business with both strategic, high-volume staffing accounts as well as high-margin, local businesses
  • Expanding and retaining existing customers, increasing our market share and profitability and achieving sales metrics
  • Building and developing proposals and pricing models

Requirements

  • Selling experience in the staffing industry or professional/light industrial
  • Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and current car insurance
  • Able to spend 35–40% of time in the field
  • Proven ability to thrive in a high-activity, outbound sales environment
  • Demonstrated history of business development, cold calling, and building client portfolios
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills (HubSpot or similar CRM experience preferred)
  • Excellent relationship-building, prospecting, and negotiation skills
  • Proven aptitude to offer strategic consultative support to customers, collaborating on solutions to meet client needs
  • Possess current knowledge of competitive trends and market conditions to drive strategies and partnerships

Pay

The annual base pay for this position is $61,575 to $75,000 per year. Final compensation will be based on experience and may vary by geographic location.
