About the role
Retain Relationships. Grow Accounts. Drive Revenue.
Responsibilities
- Manage an assigned portfolio of commercial accounts.
- Contact existing customers to strengthen relationships and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Resolve customer concerns and coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely resolution.
- Proactively reduce customer attrition through consistent follow-up and relationship management.
- Identify opportunities to expand existing customer accounts through additional products and services.
- Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting and follow-up.
- Present commercial water treatment solutions to business owners and decision-makers.
- Prepare proposals, pricing, and service recommendations.
- Maintain accurate customer records within the CRM.
- Schedule follow-up appointments and account reviews.
- Cook up with Service, Installation, and Operations to ensure an outstanding customer experience.
- Track account activity, pipeline, and sales performance.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Strong closing and objection-handling skills.
- Organized, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
- Ability to manage multiple customer accounts simultaneously.
- Professional phone presence.
- Comfortable making both inbound and outbound customer calls.
