Account Resolution Specialist

Responsibilities

• Be on the front lines, answering calls and helping customers with their account status
• Manage and resolve customer concerns efficiently and professionally
• Work with multiple departments to provide seamless customer support
• Respond to customer inquiries via SMS, email, and voicemail
• Support your teammates to create an exceptional customer experience
• Handle accounts pending closure and ensure positive resolutions
• Contribute to an awesome, customer-focused company culture

Requirements

• Tech-savvy - You can quickly learn new software (Google Suite & PestRoutes CRM)
• Experience in customer service? Awesome! (Call center, hospitality, service industry, or automotive experience preferred but not required)
• Sales & retention experience? Even better!
