About the role
We are seeking an Account Representative - State Farm Agent to join our dynamic team at Jimmy Ramirez - State Farm Agent. You will play a crucial role in growing our agency through meaningful customer relations and proactive product marketing.
Responsibilities
- Provide information about insurance products and services.
- Aid customers with policy applications and renewals.
- Handle customer inquiries and respond promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and capable of multitasking.
- Experience in customer service or sales is preferred.
- Bilingual Spanish proficiency is a plus.

Schedule
The office operates on a rotating Saturday schedule, where team members work one Saturday a month and receive a half-day or early release during the week.
Pay
$55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

We are passionate about making a difference in the lives of others and bettering our community. We are currently located in San Pedro and operate from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm.
