Account Representative - PNP

About the Role

As an Account Representative in the PNP Program at Crawford Electric Supply, you'll be responsible for inbound and outbound sales calls, managing current and potential customers to generate revenue, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You'll work collaboratively with PNP Program Leadership to grow small to medium accounts, promote customer digital platforms, and utilize CRM tools for customer management.

Responsibilities

• Handle large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
• Follow communication scripts when handling different topics
• Upsell products and services when opportunities arise
• Build sustainable relationships with customers by responding to their needs and offering solutions
• Keep records of all conversations via CRM database
• Attend educational seminars/training to improve knowledge and performance
• Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
• Understand and communicate marketing campaigns to customers
• Setup and maintain SPA's
• Promote and setup customer digital platforms

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales or previous experience in an outbound sales call role
• Basic navigation of Eclipse, SSM, and Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of electrical products and electrical distribution
• Strong phone and verbal communication skills, along with active listening
• Ability to use CRM systems and practices
• Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
• Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and manage time effectively
• Able to work in a team environment
