Account Representative/CSR
About the role
Tell Manufacturing, an ASSA ABLOY company, is seeking an Account Representative to support our customers and sales team in Lititz, Pennsylvania. This is an on-site position.
Responsibilities
- Interact with customers to provide product information, process orders, resolve issues, and deliver technical support.
- Manage new and existing relationships, provide quotes, and ensure customer satisfaction from start to finish.
- Serve as the primary contact for Tell Manufacturing clients via phone, email, or in person.
- Submit orders, provide quotes/estimates, and communicate product features and benefits.
- Support the Sales team in closing deals and meeting customer needs.
- Provide technical support for installation and troubleshooting of door hardware products.
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints, escalating when necessary.
- Research special product orders and coordinate with procurement for sourcing.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and order tracking.
- Prepare RMAs for returns and shipping discrepancies.
- Contribute to sales materials and customer communications.
- Special assignments as required.
- Maintain a safe and harmonious working environment holding self and others accountable to OSHA and ASSA ABLOY standards.
- Assure compliance with federal, state, local and corporate policies, regulations, AADG programs and policies and the ASSA ABLOY Code of Conduct.
Requirements
- A High School Diploma, GED, or Associate degree (or equivalent experience).
- 2–5 years of sales/customer service experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and reasoning abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Strong decision-making skills and attention to detail.
