Account Representative/CSR

About the role

Tell Manufacturing, an ASSA ABLOY company, is seeking an Account Representative to support our customers and sales team in Lititz, Pennsylvania. This is an on-site position.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers to provide product information, process orders, resolve issues, and deliver technical support.
• Manage new and existing relationships, provide quotes, and ensure customer satisfaction from start to finish.
• Serve as the primary contact for Tell Manufacturing clients via phone, email, or in person.
• Submit orders, provide quotes/estimates, and communicate product features and benefits.
• Support the Sales team in closing deals and meeting customer needs.
• Provide technical support for installation and troubleshooting of door hardware products.
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints, escalating when necessary.
• Research special product orders and coordinate with procurement for sourcing.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and order tracking.
• Prepare RMAs for returns and shipping discrepancies.
• Contribute to sales materials and customer communications.
• Special assignments as required.
• Maintain a safe and harmonious working environment holding self and others accountable to OSHA and ASSA ABLOY standards.
• Assure compliance with federal, state, local and corporate policies, regulations, AADG programs and policies and the ASSA ABLOY Code of Conduct.

Requirements

• A High School Diploma, GED, or Associate degree (or equivalent experience).
• 2–5 years of sales/customer service experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and reasoning abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Strong decision-making skills and attention to detail.
