Join a two-year training program designed to build sales experience, product expertise, and the skills needed to advance to a sales representative role.

Responsibilities

  • Cultivate strong relationships with customers in a designated territory to understand their business needs and identify areas of opportunity.
  • Cold call and prospect potential customers to grow a book of business.
  • Plan weekly schedules in advance to prioritize customer visits and territory growth.
  • Demonstrate products to potential customers, highlighting value and quality.
  • Meet or exceed sales quotas by following the company’s proven sales programs and processes.
  • Maintain accurate records of daily sales activities in company systems.
  • Report cost-savings and service updates back to customers.

Requirements

  • Ability to travel to customer locations, company meetings, and other sites within the assigned territory while maintaining required insurance coverage.
  • Use of a personal electronic device compliant with the company’s Bring-Your-Own-Device (BYOD) policy.
  • Execution of an Employment Agreement and/or revised exhibits provided for review prior to signing.

Pay

First-year compensation ranges from $42,400 to $47,400, including salary and bonus structure.
