About the role

Firstsource Advantage is seeking motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Account Representatives (Collections) in Amherst, NY. Start Date: Monday October 12th. Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand their financial situations and recommend appropriate payment solutions
• Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and empathetically
• Work with compliance in mind by following federal and state regulations
• Meet performance goals related to call quality, resolutions, and collections metrics

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• At least 6 months of customer service or sales experience
• Stable work history and a professional demeanor
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and computer skills
• Ability to manage confidential information with care and discretion
• Reliable, self-motivated, and goal-oriented

Pay

$19.00 per hour / $21.00 per hour for Spanish Speakers

Schedule

Training: Monday to Friday, 10:00AM‑7:00PM. Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00AM‑7:00PM (1 rotating Saturday a month). Bilingual Working Hours: 12:00PM‑9:00PM Monday to Friday.
