Responsibilities
- Manage all corporate distributor programs – annual planning, rebates, strategic product priorities, co-op marketing, and joint business development.
- Align Channel Management initiatives directly with our business growth strategy to support overall Go-to-Market efforts.
- Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with key distributors to evaluate financial performance, inventory health, and joint growth initiatives.
- Collaborate with sales and business development colleagues to launch high-impact programs that generate demand and optimize field sales velocity.
- Drive regional channel strategies encompassing targeted campaigns, training, incentive programs, and local events.
- Manage POS (Point of Sale) data and distributor inventory datasets to ensure commercial optimization.
- Oversee and enforce TE Energy channel partner policies and compliance.
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree in business administration or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in commercial roles, including sales, business development, partner management, or channel management.
- Proven ability to translate complex channel strategies into clear, concise communications that drive alignment and decision-making with executive leadership.
- Proficient in leveraging data analytics, POS data, and market intelligence to make informed decisions and optimize channel performance.
- Strong leadership presence with proven collaboration, influencing, and project management skills.
- Comfortable working within a cross-functional, international matrix organization.
- Demonstrated proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for data analysis, presentations, and reporting.
- Ability to travel 50% to 75% of the time.
Pay
Competitive base salary: $128,200–160,200 (subject to change dependent on physical location). Total compensation includes base salary, incentives, and benefits.
