Responsibilities
- Cultivate relationships with decision-makers within prospective customers
- Serve as a clinical thought leader and develop strategic messaging
- Support account finalist opportunities and conduct client reviews
- Ensure high-quality medical services for accounts
- Act as the voice of health policy and advise clients on clinical strategy
- Provide counsel as a medical subject matter expert in specific areas
- Represent the company on external committees or with vendors as needed
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement in clinical models
Qualifications
- MD with a minimum of 10 years of progressive industry experience or equivalent education/experience
- Current unrestricted medical license required in applicable state(s)
- Board certification in relevant medical specialty
- PREFERRED: Advanced management degree (MBA, MPH)
- Experience in an externally facing role with employer groups, particularly in Sales/Marketing
