About the role
Our agency client is hiring an Account / Marketing Manager to support a large-scale collegiate marketing program for a global tech brand. This is a fixed-term full-time position with access to company benefits, expected to last 6 months or more.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop Jr. Account Managers to ensure team success
- Oversee daily execution of campus marketing and ambassador programs
- Proactively identify and resolve operational challenges before they impact delivery
- Manage timelines, workflows, and deliverables across multiple initiatives
- Gather internal feedback to improve program execution, events, and processes
- Develop weekly reports, recaps, and client-ready presentations
- Partner cross-functionally with internal teams to drive program success
- Provide strategic insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
- Participate in client meetings and presentations as needed
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of account management experience in an agency, marketing, or client services environment
- Previous people management or team leadership experience
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Proven ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
- Proactive problem-solver with a high level of ownership and accountability
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience creating reports, recaps, and client-facing materials
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
