Account Manager, Wound Reconstruction Solutions -- Los Angeles, CA

For our client, we are seeking a Account Manager, Wound Reconstruction Solutions -- Los Angeles, CA to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space. This remote role is focused on driving sales growth within a highly specialized surgical environment in the Los Angeles market. The person in this position will build new customer relationships, support operating room cases, and partner closely with internal sales and marketing teams to strengthen execution and uncover expansion opportunities. Success will depend on strong technical fluency, disciplined business planning, and the ability to provide consultative support to clinicians and surgical staff. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $100,000 – $120,000 annually Responsibilities Develop new business with previously untapped customers Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets Create a formal business plan for the fiscal year Support case coverage and inventory requests with peers Identify new business opportunities proactively Suggest product improvements to sales and marketing teams Maintain high technical knowledge of products and disease states Provide consultative support in the OR environment Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent education/experience required Minimum 4 years of relevant experience Local to Los Angeles is a must Prior operating room experience required Valid U.S. driver's license Willingness to work outside normal hours Strong technical knowledge of surgical instruments and procedures Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance Life insurance and disability coverage Business accident insurance Group legal insurance 401(k) savings plan Eligibility for bonuses and commissions Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
