Responsibilities

• Prioritize safety in all responsibilities.
• Conduct yourself with professionalism and integrity with customers and coworkers.
• Serve as an empathetic problem solver for commercial customers, recommending innovative solutions tailored to their needs using in-depth training provided.
• Achieve sales goals through prospecting new business and assigned leads.
• Utilize marketing tools to drive new business development.
• Conduct inspections of the interior and exterior of customers’ commercial properties (training provided).
• Make recommendations based on inspections, address customer questions, explain solutions, and set expectations to provide peace of mind about their pest program.
• Use the provided iPad to prepare sales agreements and stay organized (training provided).

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain the appropriate pesticide license/certification if required (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with clients.

• No experience required; sales experience preferred.

Physical Demands / Working Conditions

• Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer's weight capacity.
• Occasionally lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, etc., including climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling.
• Wear personal protective equipment (PPE), which may include an OSHA-compliant respirator.
• Willingness to work in various weather conditions.

Pay

Estimated first-year earnings: $39,000 to $65,000 USD annually (base plus uncapped commission).
