Key Responsibilities
- Coordinates account administration for complex client relationships, including fiduciary, investment management, estate settlement, guardianship, and custody accounts.
- Manages client inquiries and issues, developing action plans and communicating with clients about account status, document requests, and other information.
- Oversees the account opening and closing process, cash movements, and fee set-ups, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
- Engages the Client Support Services Team on account servicing events and collaborates on compliance management and annual account reviews.
- Aids in the account acceptance process, discretionary request analysis, and client presentations, serving as a key subject matter expert and mentor.
- Facilitates discussions and decision-making processes, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability to change.
Qualifications
- College or university degree and/or relevant work experience in financial servicing or related fields.
- At least 5-7 years of experience in financial servicing or related experience/credentials.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- In-depth functional and industry knowledge of personal trust, estate, guardian, and advisory services and products.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Technical skills and systems knowledge, such as Workday and Microsoft Office.
