Account Manager at BairesDev We are seeking an Account Manager based in Texas to build long-term relationships with clients, understanding their business needs. You'll drive growth initiatives while managing key client relationships and identifying new business opportunities. What You'll Do: - Build long-term relationships with clients and present our company to potential clients.- Create Account Plans and report on growth results on a regular basis.- Conduct market research to identify opportunities and assess customer needs.- Proactively seek new opportunities through client referrals and networking.- Bring new business leads to increase revenue, negotiate, and close deals.- Collaborate with internal teams to achieve better results. What we are looking for: - Experience in sales or client management roles in the IT/Tech Industry.- Experience in customer relationship management with closing deals and developing client relationships.Must be based in Texas.
