Responsibilities
- Generate new business through outbound calls, referrals, lead follow-up, and proactive prospecting
- Conduct needs-based conversations and recommend appropriate coverage solutions
- Quote, present, and close auto, home, renters, and life & health insurance policies
- Perform policy reviews to uncover cross-sell and upsell opportunities
- Build long-term relationships to drive retention and referrals
- Track daily activity and production to consistently meet and exceed sales goals
Requirements
- Property & Casualty license required prior to Day 1
- Life & Health license required within 45 days of hire
- Full licensing support, study guidance, and onboarding assistance provided
- Prior sales experience is required
- Insurance or State Farm experience is a plus, but not required
Qualifications
- Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding goals
