ACCOUNT MANAGER - STATE FARM AGENT TEAM MEMBER

Responsibilities

  • Generate new business through outbound calls, referrals, lead follow-up, and proactive prospecting
  • Conduct needs-based conversations and recommend appropriate coverage solutions
  • Quote, present, and close auto, home, renters, and life & health insurance policies
  • Perform policy reviews to uncover cross-sell and upsell opportunities
  • Build long-term relationships to drive retention and referrals
  • Track daily activity and production to consistently meet and exceed sales goals

Requirements

  • Property & Casualty license required prior to Day 1
  • Life & Health license required within 45 days of hire
  • Full licensing support, study guidance, and onboarding assistance provided
  • Prior sales experience is required
  • Insurance or State Farm experience is a plus, but not required

  • Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding goals
  • Competitive, results-driven mindset
  • Confidence handling objections and asking for the business
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
