ACCOUNT MANAGER / SENIOR ACCOUNT MANAGER – SOCIAL MEDIA

Our 250-strong team spans media, creative and communications, operating from hubs in London, Cardiff, Sheffield and the UAE. Our MENA team works with leading government entities, health organisations, consumer brands and corporate / B2B clients, delivering integrated campaigns that shape reputation, influence behaviour and drive results.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead social media accounts across government, health, consumer and corporate clients
• Own day-to-day client relationships and act as a trusted point of contact
• Lead the planning, development and delivery of always-on content calendars and campaign bursts
• Work closely with creative, content and strategy teams to deliver social-first thinking
• Oversee community management, social listening and reporting
• Translate performance data into clear insights and recommendations
• Guide and support Account Executives and Senior Account Executives
• Ensure quality, consistency and delivery across all social outputs

Requirements

• Solid experience in social media, digital content or communications (agency or in-house)
• Experience managing accounts and contributing to social strategy
• Exposure to government, health, consumer brands or corporate / B2B is a plus
• Strong organisational and prioritisation skills across multiple accounts
• Confidence leading conversations with clients and internal teams
• A strong understanding of content performance, platforms and trends
• Clear communication skills and a collaborative leadership mindset
• Arabic or English fluency (both are welcome)
