Account Manager RV OEM Sales
About the role
Dometic Land Vehicles Americas is seeking a passionate Sales Account Manager within its RVOEM Sales capability. This role reports to the Director of Sales and is based in Elkhart, IN.
Main Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a diverse portfolio of accounts, ensuring long-term customer satisfaction, retention, and revenue expansion.
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with OEM and Aftermarket customers through consistent communication and proactive support.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities by leveraging existing customer networks and developing new strategic connections.
- Address customer challenges with urgency and professionalism, delivering effective solutions that strengthen partnerships and support business goals.
- Provide regular, data-driven reporting on account status, sales performance, and key transactions to internal stakeholders.
- Track and analyze sales metrics, including quarterly performance and annual forecasts, to guide strategic decision-making and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications and Experiences
- 5+ years of experience in Operations, Customer Service, or Sales
- Strong understanding of RV customers, products, and market dynamics
- Developed verbal and written communication skills
- Effective presentation abilities
- Strong planning, organizational, and time-management skills
- Proven ability to work cross-departmentally and collaborate with diverse teams
- Willing and able to travel occasionally (10–15%)

Work Environment
Dometic operates with a 4+1 policy, 4 days per week in the office and the possibility to work 1 day per week remotely.
