Account Manager, Revenue Cycle Management Services

As an Account Manager, you will play a critical role in Valant’s Success organization by selling Valant’s Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) services—medical billing, claims, and collections support—into our portfolio of behavioral health practice clients. You’ll nurture executive-level relationships, identify and close cross-sell opportunities for RCM services, and ensure clients realize maximum value from our solutions—driving portfolio growth and retention. In this role, you will identify key decision-makers within behavioral health practices, position Valant’s RCM value proposition effectively, and collaborate closely with Customer Success Managers to execute revenue growth strategies across our existing customer base.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth by achieving an individual quota through cross-sell of Valant’s Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) services across the behavioral health customer base.
• Build and manage a robust pipeline through proactive outreach, CSM identified lead follow-up, and collaboration with Marketing on targeted campaigns.
• Lead pricing discussions and negotiate proposals and contracts to close deals that align with customer needs and company objectives.
• Successfully manage and overcome objections throughout the sales cycle.
• Partner closely with Customer Success Managers to identify expansion opportunities and ensure seamless execution of growth strategies.
