The Residential Energy Retail Partnerships team at Tesla serves as the point of contact for our growing base of retail customers, spanning end-to-end ownership across research, identification, development, capture, delivery, deployment, and fulfillment of all contract terms. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter with a passion for making customers deliriously happy, blazing new trails for our residential energy retail partnerships, and growing revenue and brand awareness.
What You'll Do
- Support Tesla's residential energy products growth by managing and expanding retail partnership opportunities in domestic and international markets by leading retail readiness, go-to-market, and item creation for retail accounts globally
- Partner on account onboarding, collaboration activities such as pilots, ongoing account management, and long-term retention/growth of the relationship and revenue
- Retain and grow the value of accounts
- As an extreme owner of assigned retail accounts to realize forecasted revenue on or ahead of schedule, identify and successfully communicate readiness levels, requirements, schedules, and risks
- Collect, communicate, and champion customer feedback to internally influence and steer programmatic and technical development required to maintain and grow retail business in support of overall Tesla's residential energy product's business goals
- Deliver impeccable customer service, including efficient acknowledgment and resolution of issues
- Manage virtual and in-store brand presence at retail by partnering on marketing initiatives and displays
What You'll Bring
- 5+ years working with customers to support a technical product or service
- 5+ years of retail sales experience or business development role
- Experience bringing products/services into retail stores in both domestic and international markets
- Independently motivated, with a demonstrated track record of project ownership
- Strong interpersonal, presentation, communication, and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical skills in business and technical issues

$76,000 - $162,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits
