About the role
Own compensation, benefits, and rewards programs that help attract, retain, and motivate talent at scale. Partner with sales leadership, HR centers of excellence, and cross-functional stakeholders to align talent priorities with commercial execution. Strengthen pay practices, improve program governance, and create more consistent outcomes across the organization within a manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage sales strategies to achieve Sales Volume and Margin goals.
- Employ value-based selling techniques to drive client investment in the company Solutions.
- Build strong relationships with key personnel in client organizations.
- Create detailed account plans outlining strategies and opportunities.
- Analyze competitor products and positions to enhance the company’s market differentiation.
- Prepare and deliver impactful presentations on product benefits and economic justification.
- Follow sales protocols for reporting, forecasting, and order processing.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of relevant experience, OR High School Diploma with 12+ years of relevant experience.
- Proven sales experience in the Pulp & Paper industry or similar fields.
- Strong skills in value-based and ROI-based selling.
- Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills.
- Effective presentation abilities across different levels of customer organizations.
- Familiarity with the company’s product offerings is advantageous.
- Willingness to travel up to 70% of the time.
Pay
$110,000 – $130,000 annually
