Account Manager, Private Client Personal Lines - Remote (PST)
About the role
The Account Manager plays a vital support role within our Private Client personal lines team, assisting Account Executives in delivering seamless service to High-Net-Worth Clients. This role requires a minimum of 3 years' experience in personal lines insurance, preferably with High Net Worth Private Clients, and hands-on experience with at least two of the following carriers: AIG, Chubb, Cincinnati, PURE. Proficiency with Applied Epic agency management system and excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
Responsibilities
- Support Account Executives with day-to-day servicing of Private Client accounts, including processing endorsements, renewals, certificates, and policy changes.
- Aid in preparing Private Client proposals, presentations, and coverage summaries.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date Private Client records in Applied Epic, ensuring all documentation is complete and compliant.
- Liaise with carriers to obtain quotes, bind coverage, and resolve service issues for Clients.
- Track and follow up on outstanding items, such as underwriting requirements, payments, and policy documents for Private Client accounts.
- Respond to client inquiries regarding billing, coverage, and claims status, escalating complex issues to Account Executives as needed.
- Cook up with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of client materials and communications.
- Monitor renewal timelines and assist with renewal processing to ensure no lapses in coverage.
- Contribute to process improvements and team efficiency initiatives.
- Provide backup support to other team members during peak periods or absences.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in personal lines insurance, preferably with High Net Worth Private Clients.
- Familiarity with the E&S (Excess & Surplus) market.
- Proficiency with Applied Epic agency management system.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Outstanding attention to detail, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with at least two of the following carriers: AIG, Chubb, Cincinnati, PURE.

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a typical base pay range of $65,000.00 to $80,000.00 per year, depending on skills, education, qualifications, professional experience, and location. Pay
The typical base pay range for this role nationwide is $65,000.00 to $80,000.00 per year. Your base pay is dependent upon your skills, education, qualifications, professional experience, and location.
