Account Manager – Print & Signs

About the role

AlphaGraphics Knox Street | Park Cities | North Dallas is a locally owned and operated visual communications company offering design, printing, signs, fulfillment, promotional, apparel, and mailing solutions. We are customer-focused, deadline-driven, and operate in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

As a full-time on-site Account Manager, you will respond to client emails and requests, generate estimates and job tickets, answer and route calls, and perform customer follow-up and account penetration. You will also be exposed to other facets of the organization.

Requirements

• 1 year of print and/or sign sales experience (similar to Account Manager positions at Minuteman Press, Allegra, Fast Signs, etc.)
• Excellent communication skills
• Desire and ability to sell a full range of products and solutions
• Genuine desire to meet customer needs
• Persuasive and goal-driven
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Problem-solving and solutions-oriented mindset
• Pleasant and professional demeanor
• Relationship and consultative sales experience (helpful)
• Familiarity with standard computer software programs
• Ability to learn and adopt new software as necessary
• PrintSmith or similar print/signs MIS experience (helpful)
