Account Manager, Physician Relations (West - San Francisco, San Jose)
About the role
The Account Manager, Physician Relations at Prenuvo is responsible for building and nurturing relationships with healthcare providers, identifying and establishing new physician partnerships, expanding physician networks, driving patient referrals, providing strategic insights to internal teams, and leading meetings with physicians to ensure strong collaboration and satisfaction. This role does not provide visa sponsorship. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of hire and must not require employer sponsorship for a work visa (current or future).
Responsibilities
- Build and nurture relationships with healthcare providers
- Identify and establish new physician partnerships
- Expand physician networks and drive patient referrals
- Provide strategic insights to internal teams to enhance sales and partnership efforts
- Develop and implement effective account growth strategies
- Lead meetings with physicians to ensure strong collaboration and satisfaction
- Adhere to sales and pricing guidelines while maintaining ethical standards
- Track and analyze sales activities to optimize performance and productivity
- Represent the company at industry conferences and networking events
Requirements
A minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare provider sales or account management, strong understanding of healthcare regulations and industry best practices, excellent communication skills, self-motivated, results-driven mindset with a high level of energy, business acumen and proficiency with technology, ability to actively listen, build trust, and foster long-term partnerships, experience using CRM software, such as Salesforce, Nice to have: Understanding of preventive healthcare and MRI technology, Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Business Administration, or a related field.
