Account Manager- Personal Lines

About the role

We are seeking an Account Manager to provide outstanding customer service and support to our Personal Lines accounts. You will build strong relationships with customers and carrier partners as you manage and oversee personal lines business renewals and new business processes. You will assist producers with day-to-day account requests, ensuring renewal and new business information is analyzed, compiled, and submitted to carriers best aligned with the customer. This role requires a high degree of organizational and service capabilities, with a focus on building and retaining an expanding book of business.

Currently, Moody has a hybrid work model of 3 days in-office (Monday and Wednesday required) and two days remote. This may be available at the manager's discretion once trained in the role.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee personal lines business renewals and new business processes
• Provide outstanding service and support to assigned accounts
• Assist producers with day-to-day account requests
• Analyze, compile, and submit renewal and new business information to carriers
• Build and retain an expanding book of business
• Develop strong relationships with customers and carrier partners

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of Personal Lines insurance experience, including managing and retaining $3 million or more in premium volume
• Experience handling mid-market and some High-Net-Worth clients is highly preferred
• Licensed in Colorado Property and Casualty
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products and Agency Management System Software (AMS360 or similar)
• Strong consulting, customer service, and relationship-building skills
• Solid organizational and detail-oriented skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities under strict time constraints

Pay

The target salary range for this role is competitive and commensurate with experience.
