Account Manager - Parking Operations
About the role
The Account Manager - Parking Operations position is responsible for managing all aspects of the operation, including shuttle fleet management, self-parking, and valet services. The role also involves overseeing the location team and developing and training supervisors and line-level employees.
Responsibilities
- Develop and train supervisors and line-level employees
- Review and approve work schedules to ensure adequate coverage while minimizing expenses
- Develop and maintain strong client relations and attend client meetings
- Aid supervisors in handling customer complaints and day-to-day operational issues
- Manage and submit employee, operations, and payroll reports
- Oversee the customer service program to ensure customer satisfaction
- Develop budgets and monitor financials to meet business goals
- Review and evaluate audits to ensure integrity of revenue control
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as those of our client
- Respond to operational issues when needed (at times, after normal business hours)
- Maintain the highest professional and ethical standards for both our organization and our client
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have previous parking industry experience, with a hospitality focus also being a top asset. Progressive management experience with front-line team oversight is a plus, along with established experience with scheduling and payroll.
Qualifications
A bachelor’s degree with a concentration in business is helpful but not required.
