About the role

The Account Manager - Parking Operations position is responsible for managing all aspects of the parking operations, including shuttle fleet management, self-parking, valet services, and overseeing the location team. The ideal candidate should have previous parking industry experience, preferably with a hospitality focus, and possess management experience in the Parking, Customer Service, and/or Hospitality Industries.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and train supervisors and line-level employees
  • Review and approve work schedules to ensure adequate coverage while minimizing expenses
  • Develop and maintain strong client relations and attend client meetings
  • Aid supervisors in handling customer complaints and day-to-day operational issues
  • Manage and submit employee, operations, and payroll reports
  • Oversee the customer service program to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Develop budgets and monitor financials to meet business goals
  • Review and evaluate audits to ensure integrity of revenue control
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as those of our clients
  • Respond to operational issues when needed (at times, after normal business hours)
  • Maintain the highest professional and ethical standards for both our organization and our clients

Requirements

  • Previous parking industry experience, with a hospitality focus being a top asset
  • Progressive management experience with front-line team oversight
  • Established experience with scheduling and payroll
  • Bachelor’s degree with a concentration in business is helpful but not required
