Account Manager - Medicare Secondary Payor (MSP) Compliance
Join our sales team as an Account Manager focused on Medicare Secondary Payor (MSP) Compliance offerings. In this remote role, you’ll engage directly with executive-level contacts, travel to meet clients, and represent our team at national conferences and events. As the main point of contact, you will maintain and grow key accounts, collaborate with sales leaders, and shape our future through real-time market feedback and product insights.

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with assigned clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct regular check-ins, business reviews, and onsite or virtual meetings to understand client needs and address issues proactively.
- Serve as a trusted partner and primary point of contact, delivering timely support and solutions aligned with client goals.
- Support Sales Leadership by coordinating activities, preparing insights, and ensuring effective execution of sales initiatives.
- Document and manage daily sales activities in Salesforce.com, tracking pipeline movement, client interactions, and follow-up actions.
- Provide actionable feedback from clients and market trends to inform marketing, product strategy, and operational improvements.
- Represent the sales organization at national conferences, client meetings, and industry events as a professional brand ambassador.
- Engage with customers to understand evolving needs, challenges, and priorities, delivering aligned solutions.
- Qualify and route new opportunities to Account Executives to support deal development and closure.
- Conduct account research, identify key stakeholders, and generate interest through targeted outreach.
- Maintain and grow a healthy pipeline of prospects with accurate, up-to-date CRM records.
- Leverage customer insights to identify opportunities for product enhancements or new development.
- Stay current on industry developments and new technologies to ensure informed client conversations.
- Assess customer behaviors and business models to uncover unmet needs and drive new sales opportunities.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in account management or sales within the insurance, claims, or MSP compliance ecosystem.
- Hands-on exposure to supporting clients, interpreting regulatory or Section 111 reporting processes, or partnering with carriers/TPAs.
- Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail in client information, sales activities, and documentation (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Office).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for presentations, data organization, and communication.
- High level of personal integrity, professionalism, and sound judgment in client and team interactions.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, action-oriented environment.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Outstanding communication, decision-making, interpersonal, and presentation abilities.
Schedule
- Up to 50% travel required.
