for section headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to include sections only if posting has real specific content. We have content for About the role: The paragraph after "Your Role at Delta Faucet:" describes role. Could be About the role. Responsibilities: list under Responsibilities heading. Requirements/Qualifications/Skills: The Education & Experience section includes degree, years experience, abilities. Could map to Requirements (education & experience) and Qualifications (skills). But we should not create thin sections; maybe combine into Requirements (education & experience) and Skills (abilities). However we need to decide. We have Pay: compensation range given. Schedule: Work Location and Travel includes expected to work from office three days per week, travel 20-30%. That's schedule-ish. Could be Schedule section. Benefits: Why Join Us? includes bullet list of benefits. We must not include boilerplate like EEO etc. Remove that. We must preserve all substantive info; not invent. We must not include duplicated lines. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences. Let's extract content. Intro paragraph: "At Delta Faucet, we are committed to transforming everyday experiences with water through innovative products and exceptional service. As a leader in the plumbing industry, we take pride in our dedication to quality, sustainability, and customer satisfaction. We believe that diverse perspectives strengthen our mission to create solutions that inspire and elevate the lives of all our customers. We welcome individuals from all backgrounds to join us on this journey toward inclusivity and excellence." Location: "Location: Charlotte, NC" - we can embed in a
maybe. Your Role at Delta Faucet: description: "The Account Manager is responsible for developing and executing profitable growth strategies for assigned Lowe’s categories, with initial responsibility for Showering. This role serves as a key customer relationship owner and coordinates sales, category, inventory, marketing, finance, operations, and product partners to deliver an integrated omnichannel plan. The Account Manager translates customer and consumer insights into clear business priorities, leads execution across the account, and proactively addresses risks and opportunities." That's About the role. Responsibilities: list items under "Customer Leadership:", "Account and Category Strategy:", "Commercial Execution:", "Forecasting and Operational Excellence:", "Cross Functional Team Leadership:". Each has sub-bullets. We need to output
- for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So each main responsibility could be a
- with its description (including subpoints). Could also nest lists? Probably just flat list items.
Education & Experience: list: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field; 5-7 years of account management, sales, category management, or related experience; Demonstrated ability to build customer relationships, influence decisions, and lead cross-functional teams.; Strong financial and analytical skills with the ability to interpret multiple data sources and translate insights into action.; Clear, concise communication and presentation skills, including the ability to communicate complex topics at multiple organizational levels.; Strong organization, attention to detail, initiative, and problem-solving skills in a dynamic environment.; Highly motivated and able to resourcefully solve problems while ensuring decision making and engagement occurs at the right levels within the organization.
We could split into Requirements (education & experience) and Skills (abilities). But we have to avoid thin sections. Maybe combine into one "Requirements" section covering both education/experience and skills. But the instruction says use headings like Requirements, Qualifications, Skills. We could have Requirements (education & experience) and Skills (abilities). That's two sections, each with substantive content.
Pay: "Hiring Range: $88,700.00 - $139,260.00 USD Actual compensation may vary based on various factors including experience, education, geographic location, and/or skills." That's Pay.
Schedule: "Work Location and Travel: The Charlotte area is preferred. Travel of approximately 20 to 30 percent is required based on business needs and the employee's location." That's schedule.

We need to output as
- for benefits.
We must not include boilerplate like Liberty Hardware full time etc? Actually "Liberty Hardware Full time" appears near compensation. That's maybe metadata but not needed. We can include full-time? Not required. The instruction: remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. The EEO block at end is boilerplate; we must drop it. Also the Liberty Hardware lines about equal opportunity employer etc. So we will omit those.
We also need to drop "Liberty Hardware Full time" maybe it's not boilerplate but it's a metadata about employment type; could be kept? Not sure. It's not a heading; it's just a line. Could be kept as part of Pay or separate? Probably not needed. The instruction: preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. So we should keep that line if it's substantive. It says "Liberty Hardware Full time". Might be indicating the company name and employment type. Could be kept in a
maybe under About the role? But it's after compensation. Might be considered metadata; but it's not boilerplate. I'd keep it as a short paragraph. But we also have "Company: Liberty Hardware" earlier in benefits section? Actually after benefits list: "Company: Liberty Hardware Full time Hiring Range: $88,700.00 - $139,260.00 USD". So we can incorporate that. We'll produce:
