Account Manager - Low Voltage Security Systems (Houston)

About the role

Digi Security Systems is seeking a high-energy, driven Account Manager to join our team in our Houston, TX branch. You will support our current partners and develop new relationships in the Houston, Austin, and San Antonio markets. While our Dallas branch serves as the epicenter of our core customer base in the DFW area, we are rapidly expanding across Texas and are committed to delivering world-class customer support and experience.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement low-voltage security and life-safety systems (CCTV, access control, intrusion detection, fire alarm, data, VOIP, and others).
• Serve as a trusted technology partner for schools, universities, state facilities, hospitals, and enterprises.
• Act as an extension of our clients’ organizations, ensuring systems are delivered on time, on budget, and with reliable technology.
• Travel and attend industry events and tradeshows as needed to grow the client base.

Requirements

• Extensive knowledge and technical experience in low-voltage systems.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills—Digi values communication above all else.
• Integrity and a strong commitment to customer experience.
• Self-starter with extreme attention to detail.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Pay

Salary is negotiable based on experience, with a robust commission structure that increases after reaching targeted sales goals.
